  1. I don't seem to be able to start the game. What should I do ?
    Our client requires .NET Framework 4.0 or higher to be installed on your system.
    The recommended version is .NET Framework 4.5.2, if your system supports it.
  2. Where can I find Continuous Resurrection Rune, Prevent of Item Drop and Eternal Endurance ?
    You don't require any of those items in Shaiya Legends.
  3. Where can I find the items that I purchased on the web mall ?
    You can find any item purchased on the web mall in your gift box. It typically requires a relog (character screen is enough) to see the newly purchased items in your gift box.
  4. Why can't I use more than one location on my teleportation runes ?
    By default, you only have one available location, and require an active Red Phoenix Charm on your character in order to use all four locations.
  5. Why am I unable to talk in public chat channels ?
    If you are unable to talk in public chat channels, you are most likely chat banned. You will be notified whenever a chat ban is applied to your account.
  6. Why can't I leave or dismantle a raid ?
    In order to prevent players from accidentally leaving or dismantling raids, our game requires you to hold the Shift key while selecting the leave or dismantle option.
  7. How long do I need to wait until I receive the credits after I donate ?
    Donations are automatically and instantly processed by our server. If, however, there is a delay longer than a few minutes, due to an issue on either our side or the payment system you used, please submit a ticket using our support system and we will do our best to remedy the issue as quickly as possible.
